Basically the longer your domain has been included in Google’s index (without getting penalized obviously), the higher the trust that Google will have on it. This article explains how to get these domains indexed and what kind of content to put on them if you're not really "using" them for websites.

  Getting your site indexed by Google when your site is a WordPress site is pretty easy. This article is about getting ALL of your pages (or at least most of them) indexed by Google, which is a gradual process, but certainly one accelerated by good SEO.
